This is the first bar from London Chocolate that I bought in London, and we’re starting with Colombia. All the bars are 70%; of course, I would have preferred something a little higher - at least 72% or ideally 75%, but we work with what we have. My recent experience with a batch of 70% bars from Solstice has shown that it might not be so bad.
The packaging is very cool, a sleek and sturdy black carton box, with a pouch inside that somewhat resembles a tea bag (England, sir :)). Inside is a bar of very light chocolate as for 70%. These are Colombian criollo beans, probably some variety of "white" beans, which explains why the chocolate is so light. It’s quite unusual to see such a color, as that’s usually reserved for milk chocolate. The scent is floral, but light, with a bit of bitterness, plenty of sweetness, and a touch of acidity.
The taste is not very intense, a little bland. It’s good, but not standout; the aftertaste is quite short and slightly astringent. This is a solid four, an initial four. I hope it gets better from here.

Дуже прикольна упаковка, дуже щільна чорна стильна коробочка, в ній пакетик який чимось нагадує чайний (Англія, сер :)) і в ньому плитка дуже світлого шоколаду як для 70%. Це колумбійські кріолло, напевно це якісь "білі" боби і тому шоколад виходить такий світлий. Дуже незвично бачити такий шоколад, бо зазвичай такий колір має молочний шоколад. Запах квітковий, але легкий, трохи гіркоти, багато солодкого і трохи кислого.
Смак не сильно насичений, трошки бліднуватий. Він непоганий, але він не такий щоб сильно якісь кльовий, післясмак доволі короткий і трошки терпкуватий. Це четвірочка, початкова четвірочка. Сподіваюся далі буде краще.
