Another bar from Zotter. If I'm not mistaken, then I still have two Zotter bars in the wine fridge. When I made my order on the Zotter's website I probably chose this bar for two reasons.
The first is the origin of cocoa beans - Nicaragua. I have a pretty good relationship with Nicaraguan chocolate, I think.
And second is this nice packaging with this beautiful black ship on a yellow background. It is difficult to look away from it, it is really fascinating, I don't even know why. The packaging is a bit different from the classic Labooko bars, but is as good. And once again, I want to mention that Zotter's packagings are very, very, very well made, they just delight my eyes and heart. And I want more chocolate makers to pay attention to what Zotter does.
Now let's move to the chocolate, it looks very beautiful, such a nice brown chocolate color, such as chocolate should be.
Chocolate breaks well with a pleasant sound, it smells sweet and a little bit as if there were dates, or prunes, or figs, and is very good. And the chocolate is indeed sweet. It rather reminded me of my favorite Belize bar, it's a pity that I don't have an extra Belize bar at hand to find the difference between these chocolates. The correct amount of cocoa butter, not sharp, but still bitter taste. I don't know exactly what the difference is with my favorite Belize, but I think it's there. But what unites them is that they are made by Zotter and they are masterpieces. Another five, I highly recommend!
Ще одна плитка від Zotter. Якщо не помиляюся, то у мене залишилося ще дві Zotter'івські плитки в холодильнику. Цю плитку я вибрав, напевно, з двох причин коли робив своє замовлення на сайті Zotter'а.
Перше - походження какао-бобів - Нікарагуа. У мене досить непогані стосунки із нікарагуанським шоколадом, як мені здається. І друге, це гарна упаковка із цим гарним чорним кораблем на жовтому фоні. Від неї важко відвести погляд, вона справді заворожує, навіть не знаю чому. Упаковка трохи не схожа на класичні плитки Labooko, але все одно дуже гарна. І в черговий раз зауважу, що упаковки у Zotter'а дуже-дуже добре зроблені, вони прямо радують моє око і серце. І хочеться щоб більше виробників шоколаду звертали увагу на те, що робить Zotter.
Тепер переходимо до шоколаду, на вигляд він дуже гарний, такого приємно коричневого шоколадного кольору, такого яким шоколад має бути.
Шоколад добре ламається з приємним звуком, пахне солодкуватим і трохи начебто чи то фініками, чи чорносливом чи фігами і дуже добре. І він справді солодкуватий. Він досить сильно нагадав мені мою улюблену Бейлізську плитку, шкода що у мене під рукою немає зайвої, щоб порівняти їх. Правильна кількість какао-масла, не різкий, але все ж гіркий смак. Я не знаю точно, в чому тут різниця з моїм улюбленим Бейлізом, але я думаю, що вона тут є. Але поєднує їх те, що зроблені вони Zotter'ом і зроблені з великою майстерністю. Ще одна п'ятірка, дуже рекомендую!
