Somehow I feel like I'm not a fan of Dutch chocolate. For example, now we have a beautifully packaged bar (or rather two) of Rotterdam chocolate from Venezuelan beans Porcelana. I didn't fully understand if I liked it or not.
Porcelana usually has a rather distinct, floral-sweet taste. There were porcelana bars that pleased me, and there were those that weren't very good. Now everything seems to be in place, and 71% of cocoa and chocolate is fresh (foil bags, by the way, did great), but there's something wrong, only 3 stars.
Ось якийсь я не фанат голландського шоколаду. Наприклад, зараз перед нами красиво упакована плитка (вірніше дві) Роттердамського шоколаду з венесуельських бобів Porcelana. Я так до кінця і не зрозумів, подобається вона мені чи ні. У порцеляни зазвичай досить чіткий квітково-солодкий смак. Були плитки порцеляни які мені догоджали, були й ті, що не дуже. Ось зараз все начебто на місці, і 71% какао, і шоколад свіжий (фольговані пакетики, до речі, хороші), але ось щось не те, 3 зірки.
