Italian chocolate from Ecuadorian beans. In my head, Ecuadorian beans are associated with something mediocre, very astringent, bitter, earthy, and mudlike. I was a little surprised to look at the list of Ecuadorian chocolate which I ate and there turned out to be quite a lot of fours. But this bar, so to say, did not “let down” :)
It is bitter, tart and sharply acidic, not really great, feels like 3 stars.
Maybe this is due to the fact that the beans are not roasted, I am even almost sure that this is the case. Yes, there is a certain bouquet of tastes, but it is definitely not mine.
Італійський шоколад з еквадорських бобів. У моїй голові еквадорські боби пов'язані з чимось таким середнім, дуже терпким, гірким, землистим і брудоподібним. Я був трохи здивований переглянувши список еквадорського шоколаду котрий я зжер та там виявилося досить багато четвірок. А ось ця плитка, так би мовити, "не підвела" :) Гірко, терпко і різко кисло, не дуже якось, на трійку.
Можливо це через те, що боби тут не смажені, я навіть майже впевнений, що в цьому справа. Так, тут є певний букет смаків, але він безперечно не мій.
