Brazilian bar from Brazilian cocoa beans. Purchased, if my memory serves me right, in Vienna.
The packaging is nice on the outside, a little upset me with a plastic bag inside. The bar itself looks quite attractive ignoring some white bloom. Smell has some floral notes. I liked it more when I tried to chew this chocolate, then the bitterness is more intense and it supresses the floral notes that are more noticeable when the chocolate is dissolved. The bitterness is quite aggressive, although it is possible, precisely because I chewed it.
Acid is also present here, but bitterness dominates. An interesting bar, but still it is 3 stars, something is missing.

Упаковка приємна зовні, трохи засмутила мене пластиковим пакетом усередині. Сама ж плитка виглядає досить привабливо, якщо не рахувати білого нальоту.
Запах трохи із квітковими нотками. Мені більше сподобалося жувати цей шоколад, тоді гіркота виділяється інтенсивніше та заглушує квіткові нотки, які присутні коли шоколад розсмоктується. Гіркота досить агресивна, хоча можливо саме від того, що я його жував.
Кислота тут теж є, але все-таки гіркота домінує. Цікава плитка, але все ж таки це 3 зірки, не вистачає чогось.
