The last of my Dick Taylor bars I bought last fall. All Dick Taylor bars share a common flavor profile, as do bars from other chocolate producers. That is to say, a taste signature. Dick Taylor has it a little acidic and heavy. This bar is no exception, although the acid is not very strong here, and there is plenty of sweetness. There is even something honey like, viscous, astringent and caramel-ish. And a slightly minty aftertaste. In general, it is not bad, but it does not reach the five stars. Although, perhaps, this bar got close to the five than other Dick Taylor bars.
