75% Labooko Colombia by Zotter

Another bar from Zotter - 75% Colombia. This bar has been with me for about a month and while it is still fresh, we open it. I won't say anything about packaging, a lot has been said, so we start right away with the smell and the taste.

The smell promises us some bitterness, although the color of the bar is quite light. Also I've felt that smell has some red berries, something like dried cherries or maybe dates. The chocolate is quite bitter, but not like bitter dirt, but a pleasant bitterness. It all starts with bitterness, then a little sweetness, then in the aftertaste there is only bitterness. The finish is quite long and bitter. This bitterness resambles bitterness of coffee beans, the one you get when you chew them.

For those who love bitter chocolate, I think it will be a very good bar. For me, this is a pleasant four stars. It's nice to eat this chocolate, although I still like something less bitter. But with the proper mood, this is a very decent good chocolate, not five, but good four. Approved!

Ще одна плитка від Zotter - 75% Colombia. Ця плитка лежить у мене вже близько місяця і поки вона все ще свіжа, ми її відкриваємо. Про упаковку говорити нічого не буду, багато вже сказано, тому починаємо відразу з запаху та смаку.
Запаха обіцяє нам гіркоту, хоча колір плитки досить світлий. Ще в запаху є якісь червоні ягоди, щось на кшталт сушеної вишні або навіть фініків.

Шоколад досить гіркий, але не як гіркий бруд, а приємна така гіркуватість. Починається все з гіркоти, потім трохи солодості, потім у післясмаку залишається одна гіркота. Післясмак досить довгий і гіркий. Трохи ця гіркота віддає гіркотою кавових бобів, якщо їх пожувати.
Для тих, хто любить гіркий шоколад, мені здається, це буде дуже хороша плитка. Для мене це приємна четвірка. Все-таки приємно їсти цей шоколад, хоча мені все ж таки більше подобається щось менш гірке. Але під правильний настрій, це дуже гідний хороший шоколад, не п'ятірка, але гарна четвірка. Схвалено!
