Tanzanian chocolate in the version of the Austrian maestro Zotter. Cheerful yellow packaging, inside everything is as usual (read good). The smell of chocolate is interesting, fruity acidity is immediately felt. There is also a bit of citrus in the taste, but not like in Brazilian bar. There is also a slight astringency towards the end, probably what is labeled as "velvety earthiness" on the packaging.
For comparison, I opened another bar of 75% Tanzania, but from the French maestro Pralus. And the second chocolate seemed to me more bitter, but also more oily. Each is good in its own way. This bar gets honest 4 stars. I didn't expect less.
Танзанійський шоколад у версії австрійського маестро Zotter. Весела жовта упаковка, всередині все як завжди. Запах у шоколаду цікавий, одразу відчувається фруктова кислинка. У смаку теж є трохи чогось цитрусового, але не такого, як у бразильській плитці. Ще є легка терпкість ближче до кінця, це те, що на упаковці позначено як "вельветова землистість".
Для порівняння, я відкрив ще одну плитку 75% Танзанії, але вже від французького маестро Pralus. І другий шоколад здався мені гіркішим, але й більш масляним. Оби два хороші, кожен по своєму. Ця ж плитка отримує чесні 4 зірки. Меншого я й не чекав.
