A small bar of Italian chocolate purchased in Vienna. The bar is small, only 50 grams and consists of four square pieces. The packaging of the chocolate is quite good, a carton box and plastic foil.
It smells pretty acidic and bitter. Let's just say the chocolate is not for everyone. This is how to drink pure coffee, espresso without sugar and other things. Yes, there are people who will appreciate it, but still, most will find this chocolate rather bitter and sour. And I adjoin them. The structure of the chocolate is pretty rough. I do not know what exactly this is connected with, but the fact remains. The chocolate does not crumble, but inside it is completely grained and those grains are felt. And such mechanical astringency is present, there is a bit of a sense of bitter dirt. When you chew it, it creaks on your teeth, almost like sand. It also reminded me of roasted cocoa beans, not chocolate, but beans, maybe a little over-roasted.
At the same time, the very first sample seemed to me not bat at all. But then I still slipped to three stars. I can't give more, after all, I prefer cappuccino rather than espresso.

Пахне він досить кисло та гірко. Скажімо так, шоколад на любителя. Це ось як пити чисту каву, еспресо без цукру та всього іншого. Так, є любителі, які оцінять це, але все-таки більшість знайдуть цей шоколад досить гірким і кислим. І я примикаю до них.
Структура шоколаду досить груба. Я не знаю, з чим саме це пов'язано, але факт залишається фактом. Шоколад не кришиться, але всередині він весь крупинками і вони відчуваються. І така механічна в'язкість є, трохи є відчуття гіркого бруду. Коли жуєш, він скрипить на зубах, майже як пісок. Ще смак нагадав мені смажені какао-боби, не шоколад, а саме боби, можливо трохи пересмажені.
У той же час найперша проба мені здалася дуже непоганою. Але потім я все ж таки скотився до оцінки в три зірки. Більше поставити я не можу, все-таки я обираю капучіно (з вівсяним молоком:)), а не еспресо.
