If I understand it correctly, then this is Swiss chocolate made for British brand. I bought it, and surely remember this, in Chocolátl. I remember this colorful packaging. I'm susceptible to such things :)
It seemed to me that this chocolate in all its external attributes, such as packaging and pattern, is very similar to other Swiss chocolate made for Americans - Equal Exchange. You can compare the photos. It seems that they were made at the same factory. But chocolate is still the main thing inside. And it depends on the raw materials, that is, cocoa beans, although as we have recently experienced thanks to Zotter's Time Travel not only on raw materials.
Here we have Panamanian beans and there are no more, no less but exactly 80% of them. The chocolate does not collaborate, in terms of melting, but its taste is quite decent. Adequate, but in moderation, the amount of cocoa butter gives a pleasant softness, but not excessive oiliness. A slightly astringent ending and almost no interesting flavors - pure chocolate. But it is not bad, so the bar earns honest 4 stars. I wouldn't buy it for a lot of money, but for 3-4 dollars I will buy it with pleasure.

Мені здалося, що цей шоколад за всіма своїми зовнішніми атрибутами, як упаковка і візерунок, дуже дуже схожий на інший швейцарський шоколад зроблений для американців - Equal Exchange. Можна порівняти фото. Здається, що робили їх на одній фабриці. Але в шоколаді все ж таки головне всередині. І воно залежить від сировини, тобто какао-бобів, хоча як ми нещодавно переконалися за допомогою Zotter'а помандрувавши в часі не лише від сировини.
Тут у нас панамські боби і їх тут не більше, не менше, а рівно 80%. Шоколад трохи не контактний, у плані, що тане він не охоче, але смак у нього цілком пристойний. Достатня, але в міру кількість какао-масла, дає приємну м'якість, але не зайву маслянистість. Злегка терпкувате закінчення та майже ніяких цікавих присмаків – чистий шоколад. Але він не дурний, тому плитка заробляє чесні 4 зірки. За багато грошей я б купувати не став, але із задоволенням придбаю за 3-4 долари.
