Not so long ago, or rather quite recently, we tasted British-Swiss chocolate by Chocolate and Love and I mentioned that the chocolate seemed very similar to Equal Exchange chocolate, which is also made by the Swiss, but for Americans.
And it so happened that in my wine cooler there was another Equal Exchange bar with same 80% of cocoa and beans, oddly enough, also from Panama. Interesting coincidence, right?
So, when I opened this Equal Exchange bar, I still had a few pieces of the Chocolate and Love bar. To be honest, I saved them just for this comparison :) And when comparing, I did not notice any difference. So I can safely say - for me it is the same chocolate. And it's still four stars. No matter who orders the packaging, the British or the Americans, the main thing is that the Swiss made good chocolate from these Panamanian beans!
Нещодавно, а точніше зовсім недавно, ми пробували британсько-швейцарський шоколад Chocolate and Love, і я згадав що цей шоколад здався мені дуже схожим на шоколад Equal Exchange, який теж роблять швейцарці, але вже для американців.
І так вийшло, що у мене у винному кулері знайшлася плитка Equal Exchange у якій теж 80% какао і боби, як не дивно, теж з Панами. Цікавий збіг, правда?
Так ось, коли я відкрив цю плитку Equal Exchange, у мене все ще залишалося кілька шматочків того самого шоколаду (Chocolate and Love) (Якщо чесно, я приберіг їх якраз для цього порівняння :) І при порівнянні я не помітив жодної різниці. Тож я можу сміливо стверджувати – для мене це однаковий шоколад. І це все ще чотири зірки. Не важливо хто замовляє упаковку, британці чи американці, головне що шоколад з цих панамських швейцарці зробили гарний!
