An interesting story happened with this chocolate. I wanted to treat myself to something delicious on one occasion, but it didn't quite turn out as expected :)
We once tried delicious but expensive chocolate from Dandelion Chocolate
I ordered three bars from their website and when they finally arrived and I opened the first one, I was very unpleasantly surprised that the bar did not look fresh. It was all covered in white :( I wrote to the manufacturers, and they apologized, refunded me and asked me to keep the chocolate for myself. Even the one that was not yet unpacked. For which they get my honore and respect.
Of course, I did not throw away the chocolate, and although it was not fresh, I ate it. As I already wrote, the appearance of the bar could be better, this white bloom made it looking not very appetizing. And the smell, apparently, has not changed. A strong floral, sweet smell. This floweriness is echoed in the aftertaste. But it is almost absent in the taste itself, and this saves the bar, in my opinion. The taste is more delicate, moderately sweet. In general, I liked it. I would like to try this chocolate fresh, but it is what it is. Honest four stars.
Цікава історія вийшла з цим шоколадом. Я хотів побалувати себе чимось смачненьким з однієї нагоди, але не зовсім так сталося як гадалося :)

Я замовив три плитки на їх сайті й коли вони нарешті приїхали і я відкрив першу, то був дуже неприємно здивований тим що плитка не виглядала свіжою. Вона вся була в білому нальоті :( Я написав виробникам, і вони вибачилися, повернули мені гроші і просили залишити шоколад собі. Навіть той що не був ще розпакованим. За що їм честь і повага.
Шоколад я звісно викідати не став, і хоча він не був свіжим, я його з'їв. Як я вже писав, вигляд плитки міг би бути кращим, цей білий наліт зробив його не сильно апетитним. А запах, мабуть, ніяк не змінився. Сильний квітковий, солодкуватий запах. Ця квітковість відлунюється і у післясмаку. Але в самому смаку її майже немає, і це рятує плитку, як на мене. Смак ніжніший, помірно солодкий. В цілому мені сподобалося. Хотілося би спробувати цей шоколад свіжим, але вже як є. Чесні чотири зірки.
