85% Dark Strong Chocolate by Auchan

I try not to buy overtly cheap mass production chocolate and Auchan bars look exactly like it. But I remember that I have 74% Auchan bar in my collection, which received 4 stars. Therefore, having noticed this 85% bar of pure (and strong :)) chocolate in Dnipro Auchan, I decided to take a chance.

When I opened the bar, I was a little upset that the foil was not sealed and of course the bar did not look perfect. Light bloom and excessive dryness. I am sure that if the foil was sealed, the bar would look and even taste better. The taste is quite straight, simple, unpretentious. Honest 3 stars. Perhaps if it had not been so dry, it would have made a four.

Я намагаюся не купувати відверто масовий шоколад, і плитки Auchan виглядають саме так. Але я пам'ятаю, що в моїй колекції 74% плитка Auchan, яка отримала 4 зірки. Тому помітивши в дніпровському Auchan цю 85% плитку чистого (і сильного :)) шоколаду, я наважився.

Коли я відкривав плитку, мене трохи засмутило те, що фольга була не запаяна і плитка звичайно ж виглядала не ідеально. Легкий наліт та зайва сухість. Я впевнений, що якби фольга була запаяна, плитка виглядала і навіть на смак була б краще. Смак досить рівний простий, невигадливий. Чесні 3 зірки. Можливо якби вона не була такою сухою, з неї вийшла б і четвірка.
