After the first bar from Edwart, I was really expecting something similarly good from this 85% bar, but unfortunately I was disappointed — not only by their new packaging (I honestly don’t understand why they had to complicate everything so much; opening the bar is a real challenge and you basically have to tear the cardboard apart), but also by the taste itself, which for me is far from ideal. Of course, this is 85%, and as I never get tired of repeating, not everyone manages to make a truly tasty chocolate at 85% and above.
It’s bitter and sour, the balance feels skewed — there’s almost no sweetness, and it comes across quite sharp. In the end, it’s three stars.
Після першої плитки від Edwart я дуже очікував щось подібного хорошого і від цієї 85% плитки, але, на жаль, мене розчарувала не тільки їхня нова упаковка (не розумію, для чого було все так ускладнювати — відкрити плитку це прям челендж, і доводиться розривати цю картонну упаковку), але також і смак шоколаду, який як на мене далекий до ідеалу. Зрозуміло, що це 85%, і, як я не втомлююсь повторювати, далеко не всім вдається зробити смачний шоколад з 85% та вище.
Він гіркокислий, баланс, як на мене, перекошений — майже нема солодкого, і він доволі різкуватий. Врешті-решт отримуємо три зірки.
