This is, if I'm not mistaken, the first Michel Cluizel bar in my collection that deserves a four. But why am I going straight with trump cards? :)
We bought this bar last summer in Paris at the Cluizel brand store, and this is the last bar from that trip. The rest of the bars were too sweet for me, but here it seems 69% of cocoa worked a little better. Chocolate is still sweetish, and it really has a honey-like feel in it. But this sweetness is on the verge. And in the end we get a four. I will not say that I fell in love with this chocolate, and I will not buy it in America, where a bar costs about $10. But at the normal price, 3-4 dollars, it is quite a good deal.
