I bought this huge bar, it has 300 grams, in Barcelona. Not that I believed that it would be delicious chocolate. Just such a quantity of hazelnuts surprised me and I thought "why not?". It has 60% cocoa, which is not that much, but there are a lot of nuts!
As it turned out, there were indeed very many nuts. I can even call this product not chocolate with nuts, but nuts with chocolate (although there is 56% chocolate compared to 44% hazelnuts).
I like hazelnuts and, of course, I love delicious chocolate. But except the amount of nuts, there is nothing to rejoice about. Nuts are okay, not rotten, but also seemed under-roasted. Chocolate tastes more like plasticine, on a C-grade with a minus. There is no sense in describing the taste. Nuts strongly dominate and probably for the better.
In the middle, I've got a bad rotten hazelnut and decided to downgrade the rate to 2 stars. Alas.
Bonus
I will take this opportunity to write about another bar produced by Torrons (I'm not totally sure, why it's not a separate post, but anyhow). This is 70% chocolate with filling. I bought it together with this hazelnuts bar. There is coffee and quite a bit of brandy in the filler. Brandy is almost not felt, unlike coffee. I guess I liked it even more than this nut bar, but still that was only 3 stars :)
Цю плитку або точніше плитищу, в ній 300 грам, я купив у Барселоні. Не те щоб я вірив у те, що там буде смачний шоколад. Просто вигляд такої кількості лісових горіхів мене здивував і я вирішив, а чому б і ні. Шоколаду в ній заявлено 60%, що не дуже багато, зате багато горіхів.
Як виявилося, горіхів справді було дуже багато. Я навіть зі спокійною душею можу назвати цей виріб не шоколадом з горіхами, а горіхами з шоколадом (хоча там шоколаду 56% проти 44% фундука).
Я люблю фундук і, звичайно, я люблю смачний шоколад. Але крім кількості горіхів, тут особливо радіти нема чому. Горіхи на четвірку, не прілі, але й наче недосмажені. Шоколад пластиліновий, на трієчку з мінусом. Смак описувати сенс немає. Горіхи сильно домінують і напевно на краще.
У середині мені попався прілий горіх. І я, вже зупинившись на трьох зірках, вирішив знизити рейтинг до 2-х зірок.
Бонус
Користуючись нагодою напишу ще про одну плитку виробництва Torrons, це 70% шоколад з наповнювачем. Цю плитку я купив разом із горіховою. У наповнювачі присутні кава і зовсім небагато бренді. Бренді майже не відчувається на відміну від кави. Напевно, вона сподобалася мені навіть більше, ніж горіхова, але все одно на 3-ку :)
