Another bar from Pralus, this time from Brazilian Forastero beans.
Smell has a little of haze, as expected. The color is traditionally light. The taste is buttery, sweet. A bit of astringency in the end. I also caught wood caramel notes. Although almost all Pralus bars have such an aftertaste of "smoked tree".
This bar didn't get up to five, but I caught myself on that it was difficult to stop tasting even after I sampled 7-8 pieces. Total somewhere 4.5, which is 4 stars on my scale. Very decent!
Ще одна плитка від Pralus'а, цього разу Бразилія з бобів Форастеро. Запах трохи з димком, як і очікувалося. Колір традиційно світлий. На смак плитка масляниста, солодка. Трохи терпкості наприкінці. Ще впіймав дерев'яно-карамельні нотки. Хоча майже всі плитки Pralus'а мають такий собі присмак "копченого дерева". До п'ятірки ця плитка не дотягнула, але я спіймав себе на тому, що навіть після того, як на проби пішло шматочків 7-8, зупинитися було складно. Разом десь 4.5, тобто 4 зірки за моєю шкалою. Дуже гідно.
