Purchased at a small chocolate shop Smells Like Chocolate, in Zaanse Schans, Zaandijk. Such a nice shop, although the prices are a bit touristic. But, given that this is a tourist village, it seems to be normal. The hostess is very sweet and talkative. While I was discussing with her different taste shades of different chocolates, my relatives managed to check out the shop about 3 times and even wait outside :)
But back to chocolate, this is not the first attempt to make friends with this Dutch brand Chocolate Makers, and when I was in the Netherlands I decided to try it again. Especially since Dominican beans rarely fail. Although in this bar, they did not shine. Chocolate is acidic and harsh for 75%, but still quite eatable. Almost 4, but still 3 stars. For some reason, the cocoa nibs to my taste were more like coffee. I'm used to the sweeter Dominican Republic. Eatable, but when very fresh and not for a lot of money.
Куплений у маленькому магазинчику шоколаду Smells Like Chocolate, в Zaanse Schans, Zaandijk. Милий такий магазинчик, хоча ціни трохи туристичні. Але, враховуючи, що це туристичне село, то виходить наче нормально. Господиня дуже мила і балакуча. Поки я обговорював із нею різні смакові відтінки різних шоколадів, мої родичі встигли обійти магазинчик 3 рази і навіть почекати на вулиці :)
Але повернемося до шоколаду, це вже не перша спроба потоваришувати з цим голландським брендом Chocolate Makers, і будучи в Голландії я вирішив спробувати знову. Тим більше, що Домініканські боби рідко підводять. Хоча в цій плитці, вони не сяяли. Шоколад кислуватий і різкуватий для 75%, але в цілому нічого. Майже 4, але все ж таки 3 зірки. Крихти какао на смак мені чомусь більше нагадала каву. Я звик до солодшої домінікани. Їсти можна, але дуже свіжим та не за великі гроші.
