75% Le Chocolat Pistaches Sablées by Alain Ducasse

We bought this bar one of the first in Paris. And it happened in the Galleries Lafayette. I don’t remember for what reason, but we thought that this bar would be with pistachio filling, but it turned out to be just chocolate with whole candied pistachios.

Pistachios are good, but they pretty much overpower the taste of chocolate. Although some bitterness it still feelt, but the whole combination comes out as 3 stars, not that interesting. Probably, if you take an average chocolate and sprinkle it with good pistachios, it will be somehow the same. But this bar costs 10 euros, which, as for me, is a lot for such chocolate.

Therefore, I do not recommend buying it, I mean this particular bar. And I have another bar made by Alain Ducasse, but we will open it a little later. I hope it is better!

Цю плитку ми купили однією з перших у Парижі. І сталося це в Галереях Лафайєт. Не пам'ятаю з якої причини, але ми думали, що ця плитка буде з фісташковим наповнювачем, але вона виявилася просто шоколадом із цільними зацукрованими фісташками.

Фісташки гарні, але вони досить сильно перебивають смак шоколаду. Хоча все ж гіркота і відчувається, але вся комбінація виходить на трійку, нічого такого цікавого. Напевно, якщо брати середньої руки шоколад і обсипати його непоганими фісташками, якось буде. Але коштує ця плитка при цьому 10 євро, що, як на мене, дуже багато за такий шоколад.
Тому купувати його я не рекомендую, я маю на увазі саме цю плитку. А я маю ще одну плитку від Alain Ducasse, але її ми розкриємо трохи пізніше. Сподіваюся вона буде кращою!
