Long time ago we had already tasted chocolate from Taza and it was not very good. But that particular bar was expired, so when I saw 95% chocolate at a discount, I decided to give it another chance.
What I missed again was the fact that Taza specializes in stone ground cocoa, which has very granular structure that I personally do not like. Here it is.
But again, this bar is not expired, and there is an ample amount of cocoa in it to make it a little better, at least I hope.
The bar looks very similar to the one, not bad packaging, but nothing extraordinary. And, of course, it is difficult for me personally to understand the taste because of these granules, which distract my attention. Chocolate seems to be ok, but the sensations are not very good, so we'll stop at 3 stars.
I think that my acquaintance with Taza is finished, as apparently all of their bars are made from this coarsely ground cocoa. This is definitely not my chocolate.
Колись давно ми вже пробували шоколад Taza і було не дуже здорово. Але плитка була прострочена, тому побачивши на знижці 95% шоколад, я зважився повторити досвід.
Що я знову проморгав, так це те, що Taza спеціалізується саме на какао меленому каменем, і ця техніка дає дуже гранульовану структуру, яку особисто я не люблю. Ось.
Але ця плитка не прострочена і в ній цілком достатня кількість какао, щоб вийшло трохи краще, принаймні я сподіваюся.
Плитка виглядає дуже схоже на ту, непогана упаковку, але нічого надприродного. Ну і, звичайно, смак зрозуміти мені особисто складно через ці гранули, які прям дуже відволікають увагу. Шоколад начебто непоганий, але відчуття не дуже, тому зупинимося на 3 зірках.
Думаю, що моє знайомство з Taza закінчено, тому що всі їхні плитки зроблені з цього грубомолотого какао. Це точно не мій шоколад.
