Let's rest a bit from European chocolate and try a bar bought in US. Although I hurried a bit talking about European chocolate, as this particular bar was made in Poland. So, we have our old friend Green & Black's. I don't remember where I've bought this bar, but I remember that I've bought it at a discount price - somewhere around $2.5 per bar. And I immediately grabbed two bars. Just in case :)
We got only 60% of cocoa in this bar, but in addition to it there are also hazelnuts and dried black currants.
The packaging is good, as always, sealed golden branded foil, thick good wrapping paper. The bar looks pretty classic, very similar to what we saw in other Green & Black's bars. The color of the bar is quite light, which is in general understandable - 60% plus add-ons. Speaking of which it turned out to be quite a lot of them, which is positive, since they replace a heap of sugar, which of course would be there, if there were no nuts and currants. In the currants, of course, there is sugar, fructose, but the nuts slightly dilute it all.
In general, I, surprisingly, liked it. Maybe at this moment I just wanted something sweet, because chocolate is very sweet, and even a little difficult to call it chocolate, it looks more like candy. But this candy is of very high quality and is tasty.
I do not think that I will run around New York and buy them wholesale, but if I see this chocolate at a discount again, then I will take a couple of bars without thinking In the end, you can always give it to anyone who has a sweet tooth, and I think he or she will appreciate it. So in total we got 4 stars.
Отдохнём немного от европейского шоколада и попробуем плитку купленную в Америке. Хотя про европейский шоколад это я поторопился, потом как сделан этот шоколад в Польше. Итак, перед нами наш старый знакомый Green & Black's. Эту плитку я купил не помню уже точно где, но помню точно что по скидочной цене - где-то 2.5 доллара за плитку. И схватил я сразу две плитки. На всякий случай :)
В этой плитке всего лишь 60% какао, но в придачу к этому ещё имеется фундук и сушеная чёрная смородина.
Упаковка, как всегда, на пятёрочку - запаяная золотистая брендированная фольга, плотная хорошая бумага. Плитка выглядит довольно классически, очень похожа на то что мы видели в других плитках Green & Black's. Цвет у плитки довольно светлый, что в общем-то и понятно - 60% плюс ещё добавки. Которых оказалось довольно много, что как бы позитивно, так как заменяют кучу сахара, которая там конечно же бы была, не будь орехов и смородины. В смородине, конечно, присутствует свой сахар, фруктоза, но орехи немножко разбавляют это все.
В целом, мне, на удивление, понравилось. Может быть мне в этот момент хотелось именно чего-то сладкого, потому как шоколад все-таки очень сладкий, и даже немного сложно назвать это шоколадом, это больше похоже на конфету. Но она, эта конфета, очень качественная и вкусная.
Не думаю, что я буду бегать по всему Нью-Йорку и скупать их оптом и в розницу, но если я увижу этот шоколад на скидке снова, то я возьму пару плиточек без раздумий. Его в конце концов всегда можно подарить любой сластёне, и я думаю, сластёна это оценит. Итого 4 звезды.
