I bought this bar at the San Francisco airport. 61% is not the highest percentage of cocoa content, but I bought coffee, which should dilute all the sugar.
As you can see, the packaging is cheap - just a plastic bag, not intended for long-term storage. But my miracle wine cooler kept it safe for 4 months.
The smell of coffee is quite strong and pleasant. This is already a plus. Plus for the pleasantness :)
It is rather difficult to understand the taste of chocolate itself, as if you were drinking coffee with sugar and eating chocolate at the same time. A lot of coffee and a lot of sugar. Very sweet, but the coffee is still good. In general, it turned out well, but a little expensive - 3 stars.
Эту плитку я купил в аэропорту San Francisco. 61% не самый высокий процент содержания какао, но я купился на кофе, которое должно разбавить сахар. Упаковка, как видно, дешевая - просто пластиковый пакет, не предназначеная для длительного хранения. Но мой чудо винный холодильник продержал ее в целости и сохранности 4 месяца.
Запах кофе довольно сильный и приятный. Это уже плюс. Плюс за приятность :)
Вкус самого шоколада понять довольно сложно, это как если бы вы пили кофе с сахаром и ели шоколад в прикуску. Много кофе и много сахара. Сладко очень, но кофе все же хорош. В целом вышло неплохо, но дороговато - 3 звезды.
