The last of the Raaka bars, bought at the factory. And this is the first of the bars that we tasted after the main degustation. And I remember that I liked it. Not a word about the packaging. The pattern is also familiar at this point.
Taste. There's indeed something from black strong and sweet tea in there. A bit of astringency that intensifies in a short aftertaste. There is no acidity and bitterness of cocoa. But lots of sweetness. And I even caught a note of pine needles there. Not that it's very suitable there, but it does not change much.
An interesting combination, in my opinion. ★★★★☆
Остання із плиток Raaka, куплених на фабриці. Це перша з плиток, які ми пробували після основної дегустації. І я пам'ятаю, що вона мені сподобалася. Жодного слова про упаковку. Візерунок теж знайомий.
Смак. У ньому дійсне щось від чорного міцного і солодкого чаю. Трохи терпкості, яка посилюється у короткому післясмаку. Немає кислоти та гіркоти какао. Не мало солодкості. І я навіть уловив там нотку соснової хвої. Не те щоб вона там сильно доречна, але сильно вона не змінює нічого.
На мою думку, цікава вийшла комбінація. ★★★★☆
