I recently brought this baby from Philadelphia, literally at the beginning of the month. It is only 60 grams, but it looks very attractive. I bought it in the place called Shane Confectionary and they call themselves the oldest candy store in America that works without a break. I tried their hot chocolate, and it was good, even without milk.
I also bought two small bars there and this is one of them. The second one is 90% and we will talk about it another time. There is no expiration date on these bars, and although I'm pretty sure that the chocolate is fresh since I just bought it, I decided to eat it earlier. And we start with this nice bar.
Decent packaging, foil paper and a strip of thin paper on it. Pure chocolate without vanilla and lecithin and the bar itself looks not quite standard.
Chocolate smells a little bit acidic and sweet. I liked the taste! Although chocolate is rather sweet, but this acid, it evens out a little bit, and by sampling, I realized that it is better to dissolve this chocolate than to chew. When I tried to chew a piece, it immediately released quite a lot of acid and especially sweets - it turned out too much. If you dissolve it a little bit, you get a very pleasant flavor bouquet.
Good 4 stars, I recommend visiting this place to anyone who passes by Philadelphia.

Купив я її в місці, яке називається Shane Confectionary і вони називають себе найстарішою шоколадною крамницею в Америці, яка працює без перерви. Я пробував у них гарячий шоколад, і він був непоганий, навіть без молока.
Ще я купив у них дві маленькі плитки, і це одна з них. У другій 90% і про неї ми поговоримо в інший раз. На цих плитках немає терміну придатності, і хоча я досить впевнений що шоколад свіжий, тому що я тільки його купив, я все ж таки вирішив з'їсти його раніше. Починаємо з цієї плитки.
Упаковка пристойна, фольгований папір і смуга тонкого паперу поверх. Чистий шоколад без ванілі та лецитину і виглядає плитка не зовсім стандартно.
Шоколад пахне трохи кисло і солодко. Смак мені сподобався! Хоча шоколад досить солодкий, але ця кислота, вона трошки вирівнює. Шляхом спроб я зрозумів що цей шоколад краще розсмоктувати ніж жувати. Коли я спробував розжувати шматок, то одразу виділилося досить багато кислоти і особливо солодості – вийшов перебір. Якщо ж його розсмоктувати потроху, то виходить дуже приємний смаковий букет.
Хороші 4 зірки, рекомендую відвідати цей заклад усім, хто проходитиме повз Філадельфію.
