70% De Filipijnen by Krak Chocolade

This time we got Dutch chocolate from Krak. We already had the opportunity to treat ourselves with chocolate from this manufacturer, but the bar we had past time was so-so. I bought this one in the summer, at the Smells Like Chocolate store in Zaanse Schans. This bar cost me a lot, and in general I noticed that Dutch chocolate in Holland costs decent money.

The packaging is good - thick paper and thin foil. The bar also looks nice. The smell is dim, inexpressive. The taste is interesting, sweet-tart with a subtle floral tint. But to all this, it is also slightly burnt, which spoils the overall experience. Almost four, but still three. The Netherlands is fairly stable in my ranking of chocolate manufacturers, somewhere between three and four stars, so I tend to buy Dutch chocolate less and less.

На цей раз у нас голландський шоколад від Krak. В нас вже була можливість почастуватися шоколадом цього виробника, але минула плитка була так собі. Цю я купив улітку, в магазинчику Smells Like Chocolate у Zaans Schans. Коштувала ця плитка чимало, і взагалі я помітив, що голландський шоколад у самій Голландії коштує немалих грошей.

Упаковка хороша - щільний папір та тонка фольга. Плитка також виглядає приємно. Запах неяскравий, невиразний. Смак цікавий, солодко-терпкий із тонким квітковим відтінком. Але до цього він ще й злегка пригорілий, що трохи псує загальну картину. Майже четвірка, але все ж таки трійка. Голландія досить стабільно тримається у моєму рейтингу виробників між трійкою та четвіркою, тому я все рідше купую голландський шоколад.
