71% Dark Chocolate by WholeFoods Market

I bought this bar in WholeFoods, as seen from their logo on the package, for $3. This is Belgian chocolate, most likely, produced specifically for the American market.

If you believe the text on the carton packaging (and I do not have reasons not to believe it), cocoa beans are from Costa Rica.
The smell is closer to the heavy one, candy-sweet.
It tastes a little bit harsh, earthy and viscous, like many other Belgian chocolates. It melts pretty well, but the texture is a little grainy, which is even visible when you break it. Medium-long aftertaste, with light astringency.
Nothing special, but not bad as well, 3 stars

Якщо вірити тексту на картонці (а причин не вірити в мене немає), то какао-боби з Коста Ріки.
Запах ближче до важкого, солодкувато-цукерковий.
На смак він трохи різкуватий, землянисто-в'язкий, як багато інших бельгійських шоколадок. Тане він досить добре, але текстура трохи зерниста. Це навіть видно на зламі. Середньої довжини післясмак, з легкою в'язкістю.
Нічого особливого, але й не так щоб погано, 3 зірки
