72% Dark Chocolate Recipe #34 by Carré Suisse

Swiss chocolate, which I bought in Portugal, in a special chocolate shop selling all kinds of different chocolates. Therefore, I have a hope that this will be something better than just chocolate from a supermarket. Let's check it out.

The packaging is very decent, the outer design is pretty simple, as well as the pattern on the bar. Inside we have foil, rather thin, but beautifully red. And it is sealed, which is also a plus.
The bar looks suspiciously similar to the Milkboy bars. I have already seen this same pattern on other Swiss bars. It feels like they all use the same form. What is likely, not far from the truth.
Chocolate is a bit sweet. Earlier chocolate with 72% of cocoa did not seem sweet to me. Things tend to change, don't they? :) In general, it is not bad, a lot of sweetness, just a bit of fruity-flower acidity. I was going to give it 4 stars, but a strange aftertaste, not very pleasant one, spoiled the whole impression. Therefore three stars.
I hope that the previous 33 recipes were a little more successful :)

Швейцарський шоколад, який я купив у Португалії, у спеціальному шоколадному магазині, де продаються різні шоколади. Тому я маю надію, що це буде щось краще ніж просто шоколаду з супермаркету. Давайте перевіримо, чи це так.

Упаковочка дуже гідна, зовнішній дизайн досить простий, та й візерунок на плитці також. Усередині у нас фольга досить тонка, але красивого червоного кольору. І вона запаяна, що теж плюс.
Плитка виглядає підозріло схоже на плитки Milkboy. Цей візерунок я вже бачив і на інших швейцарських плитках. Таке відчуття, що вони всі користуються однією формою. Що швидше за все, недалеко від правди.

Шоколад трохи солодкуватий. Я вже дивуюся сам собі, тому що раніше шоколад з 72% какао ніяк не здавався мені солодким. В цілому, він непоганий, багато солодкого, зовсім трохи фруктово-квіткової кислинки. Я збирався поставити йому 4 зірки, але якийсь дивний смак, не дуже приємний, зіпсував все враження. Тому три зірки.
Я сподіваюся, що попередні 33 рецепти були трохи більш вдалими :)
