This is the second Georgia Ramon bar in my collection, and the first one didn't impress me much. So I was in doubt whether to buy a second one, but I was so tempted by this leopard, or whatever cat it is, on the package. And as a result, today we open this small bar with a very nice packaging. There is only 72% cocoa here and it mentiones something about lemon and trinitario.
Panamanian cacao in my mind is associated only with a rather good, but fatty, bar from Zotter, although there were others. And now it will be associated with something acidic, because this bar has enough acid in it and it really is a bit lemony, citrusy. Not bad overall, I liked it. The smell is a little floral, I'm not a fan of such, but if it doesn't transfer to the taste, it doesn't bother me. So let's stop at four stars, it's exactly four, not almost five and not barely four, but just a good four.

І як результат, відкриваємо сьогодні цю маленьку плиточку з дуже гарною упаковкою. Тут всього 72% какао і написано щось про лимон і тринітаріо.
Панамське какао в мене асоціюється тільки з доволі непоганою, але жирною, плиткою від Zotter, хоча були і інші. А тепер буде ще асоціюватися із чимось кисленьким, бо ця плитка має в собі достатньо кислоти і вона дійсно така лимонна, цитрусова. Непогано в цілому, мені сподобалось. Запах трохи квітковий, я не фанат таких, але якщо він не переходить у смак то це мене не бентежить. Тож зупинимось на четвірочці, це саме четвірка, не майже п'ять і не ледь-ледь чотири, а як раз хороша четвірка.
