A new Labooko bar from Zotter - Ecuador Seversal. As the name implies, the beans are Ecuadorian, and my experience of eating Ecuadorian chocolate associates this name with astringent, dirty-earthy chocolate, not my favorite. This is probably why this Zotter creation, appeared here only now.
Beautiful packaging, as always, a nice-looking darkish bar of chocolate. The smell is sour-floral. It really a bit reminds smell of fermented fruits. The taste is first sour-sweet, and then bitterness appears and at the end comes the Astringency (with a capital letter) which i was expecting. All together gives an interesting flavoring bouquet and earns honest 4 stars.
Нова для нас плиточка Labooko від Zotter – Ecuador Seversal. Як зрозуміло з назви, боби тут еквадорські, а мій досвід поїдання еквадорського шоколаду асоціює цю назву з терпким брудно-землистим смаком, не найулюбленішим для мене. Тому це творіння Zotter, з'явилося тут тільки зараз.
Красива упаковка, як завжди, приємна на вигляд темна плиточка шоколаду. Запах кислувато-квітковий. Дійсно як від фруктів, що трохи забродили. Смак спершу кислувато-солодкий, а потім з'являється гіркота і в кінці очікувана мною терпкість з великої літери. Все разом дає цікавий смаковий букет та заробляє чесні 4 зірки.
