75% Guatemala by Zotter

Another yummy from Zotter. This time from Guatemala. Respectable 75%, the beautiful familiar to us packaging and only 8 hours of conching, which is quite little compared to many other Zotter bars. Chocolate is pretty good, but I can't give it 5 stars, I don't even know why. But this four is at 4.8 level or somewhere close.

Chocolate is on the oily side, like many Zotter bars, and although there is no familiar and tasty caramel hint, there is something from the berries. It feels like it's not red berries, but rather yellow or green ones :) Maybe something from greenish bananas, I'm not sure about peaches. And the ending has such a pleasant bitterness, which intensifies at the very end. I don't think that my brain associates this taste with mint, but there is something interesting in it. I liked it, powerful chocolate!

Now, after eating lots of these bars, this is clearly a 5 stars bar for me.

Чергова смакота від Zotter. Цього разу з Гватемали. Респектабельні 75%, знайома нам красива упаковка і всього 8 годин коншування, досить мало в порівнянні з багатьма іншими плитками Zotter'а. Шоколад досить добрий, але поставити йому 5 зірок я не можу, не знаю навіть сам чому. Але це четвірка на рівні 4.8 чи десь так.

Шоколад досить маслянистий, як багато плиток Zotter'а, і хоча тут немає знайомої та смачної карамельності, але тут є щось від ягід. Відчуття начебто не червоних ягод, а якихось швидше жовтих чи зелених :) Може бути щось від зелених бананів, не впевнений щодо персиків. І закінчення дійсно з такою приємною гіркуватістю, яка посилюється в самому кінці. Не думаю, що мій мозок асоціює цей смак з м'ятою, але щось цікаве в ньому є. Мені сподобалося, сильний шоколад!

Тепер, після того, як я з’їв багато цих плиток, для мене це однозначно 5-зірковий шоколад.
