80% Force 8 Dark Chocolate by Maison Le Roux

Another bar from Henri Le Roux, this time it is an 80% blend of different cocoa varieties from different countries. This bar belongs to the Signature series, that is, it must be one of their best chocolates. I hope so, at least.

The chocolate is nicely packaged, even though inside there's a plastic bag, it looks good. Classical small tiles pattern and the smell of astringent, slightly floral cocoa. The taste is dominated by bitterness and light astringency. In general, okay, but for the Signature series it is somehow weak. This is the four stars, but at the very beginning of the 4 to 5 interval, something around 4.2.
I think I liked Colombian bar better. I have another bar from Maison Le Roux, a Venezuelan one, let's hope it will be more fun.

Ще одна плитка Henri Le Roux, цього разу це 80% суміш різних сортів какао з різних країн. Належить ця плитка до серії Signature, тобто це має бути один із їхніх кращих шоколадів. Я на це сподіваюся принаймні.

Шоколад упакований приємно, хоча всередині пластиковий пакетик, але виглядає він непогано. Класичний поділ на маленькі шматочки та запах терпкого, злегка квіткового какао. У смаку переважає гіркота та легка терпкість. Загалом нічого, але для Signature серії якось слабкувато. Це четвірка, але на початку чотирирічного інтервалу, щось близько 4.2.
Мені здається Колумбія мені сподобалася більше. У мене є ще одна плитка від Maison Le Roux, венесуельська, сподіватимемося вона буде веселішою.
