Last Oberweis bar from the summer batch. And this one just looks much better than the rest - it has not melted, has not turned white, has not become moldy. In general, it looks very decent. Although the packaging is still bad :(
The smell of the bar is sweet and acidic. There is still quite a lot of chocolate, classic Oberweis. But still Madagascar acid makes itself felt, especially if you chew chocolate. There is enough sweetness too, bitterness in the background. There is a little astringency. It is quite edible, unpretentious four stars.
Последняя плитка Oberweis из летней партии. И вот она как раз выглядит лучше всех - не расплавилась, не побелела, не заплесневела. В общем, выглядит очень прилично. Хотя упаковка все так же плоха :(
Запах у плитки кисло-сладкий. Еще есть доволно много шоколадности, классический Oberweis. Но все же мадагаскарская кислота дает о себе знать, особенно если жевать шоколад. Сладости тоже хватает, горечь на заднем плане. Есть немного терпкости. Кушать вполне можно, простенькая четверочка.
