Another bar from Oberweis, I decided to eat them rather earlier, as their packaging does not allow them to be stored for a long time. Although now I keep them in my wine cooler and probably everything that could happen to them has already happened, but still I decided to finish them as soon as possible. Today we have Vietnam. If I remember correctly, it is characterized by such a peculiar acidity. Quite interesting what Oberweis has to offer.
So, the packaging is already familiar to us, I still resent about it, but let's not talk about it. The bar itself looks good, it has not melted, nothing bad has happened to it and it looks very good. It does't have any particul smell as such, oddly enough. Yes, it is clear that this is chocolate, but nothing more. For some reason I thought that this chocolate should be chewed. Maybe because it's pretty thick. And I started with two pieces. There is some acid in taste, but I expected more. Very dense chocolate taste.
The tastes of the Oberweis bars differ slightly, but apparently the process of making chocolate affects beans from different countries so much that they all become very similar to each other. Similarly, we saw/tasted Pralus - at the moment we tried everything that we could try, and almost all their bars have such a smoky flavor, although they are all different. So here is something similar, but the difference between the Oberweis bars is less noticeable.
This is a good chocolate, this is four stars, classical four, whcih is no longer a three, but it is no more than a four, there is nothing in this bar that I wanted to give it even a four with a plus. But at the same time, it is really good simple honest chocolate, like all the Oberweis bars.
Ще одна плитка від Oberweis, я вирішив з'їсти їх раніше, тому що їх упаковка не дозволяє зберігати їх довго. Втім, зараз вони лежать у моєму винному холодильнику і напевно все, що з ними могло статися, вже сталося, але все-таки я вирішив розправитися з ними швидше. Сьогодні у нас В'єтнам. Якщо я правильно пам'ятаю, характерний такою своєрідною кислинкою. Досить цікаво, що запропонує нам Oberweis.
Отже упаковка нам вже знайома, я і все ще обурююся на них за неї, але довго говорити про це ми не будемо. Сама плитка виглядає добре, вона не розтанула, з нею нічого поганого не трапилося і виглядає вона дуже непогано. Запаху як такого у неї особливо немає, як не дивно. Так, зрозуміло, що це шоколад, але нічого більше. Мені чомусь подумалося, що цей шоколад треба жувати. Можливо тому, що він досить товстий. І я почав із двох шматочків. У смаку є трохи кислоти, але я очікував більше. Дуже щільний шоколадний смак.
Смаки у плиток Oberweis трохи відрізняються, але мабуть процес виготовлення шоколаду впливає на боби з різних країн настільки, що всі вони стають дуже схожими одна на одну. Подібне ми бачили/пробували у Pralus'а- наразі ми випробували все що можна було випробувати, і майже всі плитки мають характерний підкопчений присмак, хоча вони все ж таки різні. Так ось тут щось схоже, але різниця між плитками Oberweis ніби менше помітна.
Це хороший шоколад, це четвірка, класична четвірка - це вже давно не трійка, але це і не більше ніж четвірка, немає в ньому нічого такого, щоб мені захотілося поставити йому навіть четвірку з плюсом. Але в той же час, це дійсно гарний простий чесний шоколад, як і весь Oberweis.
