72% Classic Dark Truffle Bar by Seattle Chocolate

I recently bought this American chocolate bar from a local grocery store. Previously, when my wine cooler was full of chocolate, and I was always saying to myself "I'll buy something next time", this store had a lot of interesting chocolate, but now, alas, there is only an abundance of Lindt, Divine, Green & Black's and similar ubiquitous chocolate.

And this bar was the only one I was ready to buy, although Seattle Chocolate is widely represented there. But most of them are bars with different additives. Although this one is also not without coconut oil. Apparently it helps to make a truffle candy out of chocolate. Indeed, it is difficult to call this pure chocolate. It really is a chocolate covered truffle. Not a bad truffle, there are a few "so-so" flavors, but overall it turned out to be okay. The bar made it to 4 stars. If you love truffles, give it a try.

Цю плиточку американського шоколаду я нещодавно купив у місцевому продуктовому магазині. Раніше, коли мій винний холодильник ломився від шоколаду, і я завжди казав собі "наступного разу куплю", в цьому магазині було багато цікавого для мене шоколаду, але зараз там, на жаль, залишився лише достаток Lindt, Divine, Green&Black's та іншого шоколаду, що присутній будь-де. І ця плитка виявилася єдиною на яку я наважився, хоча Seattle Chocolate представлений там широко.

Але більшість - це плитки з добавками. Хоча й тут не обійшлося без кокосової олії. Мабуть це дозволяє зробити з шоколаду трюфельну цукерку. І справді, це важко назвати чистим шоколадом. Це справді трюфель у шоколаді. Не поганий трюфель, є кілька "не дуже" присмаків, але загалом вийшло нічого. Плитка дотягнула до 4 зірок. Якщо ви любите трюфеля, спробуйте.
