72% Dark Chocolate with Rogač by Adria

I think this is the last Croatian chocolate bar from those that we bought in the summer in Split airport and it's with "Rogač"! I admit at once that I didn't get what it is. Maybe this is cinnamon or some other spices, at least it looks like something like that. But what exactly that is, I don't know. If someone knows, please write in the comments and I will update the post.

What immediately caught my eye when I opened the packaging, excluding plastic bag, the fact that the bar looks identicalto recently finished olive oil bar. Apparently there's only one chocolate maker in Croatia which makes chocolate for everyone and does not bother much with the pattern.

The smell of the bar is quite light, with some kind of spices smell, such warm and spicy smell.
This taste is not completely clear to me, it tastes a bit bitter, but not bitter as cocoa. And it dominates, replaces the bitterness of cocoa and it's left one on one with sweetness. In general, the taste is good enough, but not so very exciting. This is somewhere between three and four and in such cases, I usually tend to lower the estimate. So we will stop on 3 stars, which again means that if I see this chocolate again, I will take it only in the absence of more interesting options or if it costs very little.

Мені здається це остання хорватська шоколадка з тих, що ми купили влітку в аеропорту Спліт та вона з рогачем! Зізнаюся відразу, я так і не розібрався, що це таке. Можливо, це кориця там чи ще якісь спеції, принаймні схоже на щось таке зовні. Але що саме я не зрозумів. Якщо хтось знає, напишіть будь ласка у коментарях і я оновлю пост.

Що мені відразу впало в очі коли я відкрив упаковку, не рахуючи пластикового пакетика, то що плитка як дві краплі води схожа на нещодавно з'їдену плитку з оливковою олією. Мабуть все-таки в Хорватії є один виробник шоколаду, який праге задовільнити всіх і сильно не морочиться з візерунком для плитки.
Запах у плитки досить легкий, з якимось запахом спецій, таким теплопряним.

У смаку теж є цей не зовсім зрозумілий мені присмак, від нього трохи гірчить, але не такою гіркотою як у какао. І він домінує, витісняє гіркоту какао і залишається солодкість і ця ось гіркота. Загалом смак виходить непоганий, але не такий, щоб дуже захоплюючий. Це щось середнє між трійкою та четвіркою і в таких випадках я зазвичай схиляюся до нижньої оцінки. Тому зупинимося на 3 зірках, що знову ж таки означає, що якщо я побачу цей шоколад знову, я візьму його тільки у відсутності цікавих варіантів або якщо він буде коштувати дуже мало.
