This bar is the last of the Magician, that is, the last of six bars bought in Paris and produced by French chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin. And I can say that this man makes awesome chocolate.
Most of its bars are four or five stars, and Venezuela bar, which I left for the end to take part in our Venezuelan bars contest, won this competition and took first place. And yes, it is five stars, delicious chocolate. It is rather soft, it is softer than, for example, Venezuela from Pralus, which is also unambiguous five stars. But Pralus’ chocolate is a bit “rougher” if I can say so, because of its smoky taste. Here the taste is thinner, softer and with a certain acid, I liked it. So the next time I'm in Paris or places around, I'll definitely buy some chocolate from Jean-Paul Hévin.
