82% Labooko Peru Criollo Cuvée by Zotter

The second bar from Zotter, this time 82%. Interesting aroma, something flowerish, but not sharp.
Packaging and design is 6 out of 5, like in Belize bar.

The first taste was caramel. Then immediately noticeable acid. It is not very sharp, but you can't ignore it and then it is enveloped by the bitterness of cocoa, which displaces the acid near the end. Quite an interesting mixture of acid-bitter-sweet.

Solid 4 stars. But if I have the Belize bar and this bar lying together side by side, I will not hesitate to grab Belize and run away to some secluded place to finish it :)

Друга плиточка від Zotter, цього разу 82%. Цікавий аромат, який віддає квітами, але не різкими.
Упаковка та дизайн на 6 з 5, як і плитці Belize.

Найперше смакове відчуття було - карамель. Потім відразу помітна кислота. Вона не дуже різка, але повз неї не пройти і обволікається вона гіркотою какао, яка витісняє кислоту ближче до кінця. Досить цікава суміш кисло-гірко-солодкого. Тверді 4 зірки. Але якщо поряд будуть лежати плитка Belize і ця плитка, я не вагаючись схоплю Belize і втечу їсти її в якесь затишне місце :)
