I was hoping for a delicious chocolate, after a fairly successful, though slightly acidic 60% Alter Eco bar. But with the increased percentage of cocoa I received an increase in the acidity. But first things first.
Packaging looks good and is very similar to the previous Alter Eco bar. By the way it has promises of deep fruity intensity, which in practice is almost always more acidity. The bar looks exactly same, except missing almonds.
The smell seemed not very tasty to me, flower-berry-sugary. And about taste - cocoa bitterness in the beginning, there's enough of it there, then comes this flower-berry acidity and it remains until the end and still slightly reminds of itself in the aftertaste, although there is also some cocoa bitterness in the aftertaste as well.
The chocolate is not bad, but not for me. Fruits and chocolate combo does not work for me either. 3 stars with a minus. But I'm going to re-taste it later.
Я дуже сподівався на смачний шоколад, після досить вдалої, хоч і трохи кислуватої 60% плитки Alter Eco. Але зі збільшенням відсотка какао отримав і збільшення кислотності смаку. Але про все по порядку.
Упаковка виглядає добре і дуже схожа на попередню Alter Eco. До речі, на ній була обіцяна фруктовість, яка практично майже завжди виявляється кислотою. Плитка виглядає так само, хіба мигдалю тільки немає.
Запах здався мені не дуже смачним, квітково-ягідно-цукровим. Ну і смак - спершу гіркота какао, її достатньо, потім вступає ця квітково-ягідна кислота і залишається до кінця та й ще злегка нагадує про себе в післясмаку, хоча там ще трохи посилюється гіркота какао.
Шоколад хороший, але не мій. Фрукти та шоколад для мене не працюють. 3 зірки з мінусом. Хоча я планую перепробувати її ще раз пізніше.
