70% Dark Chocolate Coffee Buzz Bars by Trader Joe's

I'll start with the main thing - I liked it. Usually chocolate from Trader Joe's is three start, sometimes two, sometimes we get four. This is exactly that happy case. Unfortunately, the exact amount of cocoa in this product is not indicated, but I will venture to assume that it is at least 70%. Although I'm guessing the added coffee adds a bitterness that neutralizes the sweetness and there's less cocoa. But let it be 70% :)

The coffee there is not super bitter and harmonizes very well with chocolate. It is a little difficult to capture the unique taste of the chocolate itself, but for that there are bars of pure chocolate, without additives. If you are a coffeeman or a coffeewoman, you should definitely try it.

Почну з головного - мені сподобалося. Зазвичай шоколад від Trader Joe's це десь трієчка, бувають і двійки, бувають і четвірки. Ось це саме той щасливий випадок. На жаль, точної кількості какао в даному продукті не вказано, але я візьму сміливість припустити, що його там не менше 70%. Хоча я припускаю, що додана кава додає гіркоти, яка нейтралізує солодкість і какао там менше. Але нехай буде 70% :)

Цікава особливість тут в тому що замість однієї великої плитки, ми маємо 4 маленькі.
Кава там не супер гірка і дуже добре гармонує із шоколадом. Трошки складно зловити унікальний смак самого шоколаду, але для цього є плитки чистого шоколаду, без добавок. Якщо ви кавоман чи кавовуман, то пробувати однозначно.
