Recently Auntie Olya coming from Luxembourg brought us a bar of 80% Belgian chocolate Galler. Being in Luxembourg myslef, I bought another 70% bar of Galler with cocoa nibs.
That first bar is still untouched, but I decided not to miss the chance. And this morning, leaving Luxembourg, I decided to open this very bar.
The packaging is pretty good. A carton box with an uncomplicated design and a pleasant red-orange colored foil. The bar is divided into large pieces, cocoa nibs are rather small and are not immediately felt.
By the way, I did not like the smell at first, it seemed quite cheap and flat. But the taste compensated. It was not too complicated and interesting, but pleasant. Bittersweet, almost not acid. And at the end bitter taste of cocoa nibs.
As a result, 4 stars. It is quite eatable.
Недавно Тётя Оля привезла нам из Люксембурга бельгийскую плитку 80% шоколада Galler. Будучи в Люксембурге лично, я приобрёл плитку 70% Galler на всякий случай. Ту первую плитку я ещё не кушал, но решил не упускать шанс. И сегодня утром уезжая из Люксембурга я решил открыть эту самую 70% плитку с крошкой какао бобов.
Упаковка довольно хорошая. Картонка с незамысловатым дизайном и приятного красно-оранжевого цвета фольга. Плитка разделена на крупные пластинки, крошка какао-бобов довольно мелкая и чувствуется не сразу. Кстати, запах сперва мне не понравился, показался довольно дешевым и плоским. Но вкус компенсировал.
Он оказался не слишком сложным и интересным, но приятным. Горько-сладким, почти не кислым. И под конец горечь какао крошки.
В итоге 4 звезды. Вполне можно кушать.
