I bought this bar while walking in the center of Luxembourg. The place was named - Luxembourg Chocolate House. I asked them for their darkest pure chocolate. The offered this bar with 85% of cocoa.
The packaging is quite primitive - transparent plastic bag. And apparently it was the reason why it could not cope with the anomalous Dutch heat (sarcasm in da house!). The bar melted and lost its shape in places. Almost at the same time, I opened a bar of Bresil from Pralus, which was in the same box as this bar. Everything was fine with Bresil, nothing melted. Absence of foil and paper?
By the smell you can feel that there is no acid. Very soft cocoa taste, apparently a lot of extra cocoa butter. Almost complete absence of acid. It reminded me very much of devoured two years ago Genaveh which was also from Luxembourg and also had 85% of cocoa. Overall nice, but rather boring. I would like to give it 4+ stars, but alas it's only 3 - ★★★☆☆.

Упаковка довольно примитивная - прозрачный пластик. И судя по всему именно она не справилась в аномальной голландской жарой (сарказм!). Плитка поплыла и потеряла форму местами. Почти в то же время я открывал плитку Bresil от Pralus'а, которая лежала в той же коробке что и эта плитка. С Bresil все было хорошо, ничего не расплавилось. Отсутствие фольги и бумаги?
По запаху слышно что кислоты там нет. Очень мягкий какао вкус, видимо много добавочного какао масла. Почти полное отсутствие кислоты. Очень напомнило мне двухлетней давности Genaveh который был тоже из Люксембурга и тоже 85%. В целом приятно, но довольно скучновато. хотелось бы 4+ звезды, но выходит только 3 - ★★★☆☆.
