Recently buying food in the WholeFoods Market I saw 70% Theo bar at a discount - $2.5 per bar.
And although other Theo bars, didn't excite me, I still decided that chocolate for $2.5 is not lying around on the road and maybe it will not be as sharp as 85% bar.
The packaging is quite decent, you can say the classics and is already familiar to us. The smell is not bad, chocolate, with some bitterness and acidity.
In taste there are lot of acid and bitterness as well. A little bit of astringency.
In general, I liked it more than previous experiments with Theo. Good 3 stars, especially for $2.5 :)
Нещодавно купуючи їжу в WholeFoods market, я побачив 70% плитки Theo на знижці - по $2.5.
І хоча інші плитки Theo, побувавши в нашій лабораторії, не здивували, я все ж таки вирішив що шоколад за $2.5 на дорозі не валяється і можливо він буде не такий різкий як 85%.
Упаковка цілком пристойна, можна сказати класика і нам уже знайома. Запах хороший, шоколадний, з гіркуватістю і кислинкою.
У смаку теж багато кислоти та гіркоти. Трохи терпкості.
Загалом мені сподобалося більше, ніж попередні досвіди з Theo. Хороші 3 зірки, особливо за 2.5 долара :)
