Another Amedei bar - Venezuela, I also bought it in the Cocoa Store on sale. There are about three weeks left of the bar's shelf life, but the chocolate looks good overall. We've been familiar with Amedei chocolate for a long time, and all the bars tasted before have received strong four stars.
Now specifically to this bar. Packaging, as usual, top notch, a lot of text, a lot of pictures. It's nice to touch, read, smell :) The bar itself looks classically for Amedei. The smell is pleasant, with acidity, with Venezuelan acidity, very similar to the smell of Venezuela from Pralus, except that there are no brand smoked Pralus notes here.
Pleasant taste and smell, a lot of "right" acid, a well-balanced acid, not the one you want to spit out or seize, but the one you enjoy.
People, it happened! This is the first five stars chocolate bar from Amedei in my collection, and, I hope, not the last one.
P.S. After the first visit to the Cocoa Store, I visited it twice and both times, besides other bars, I bought a Venezuela bar :) It's awesome!
Ще одна плитка Amedei - Venezuela, її я купив теж у магазинчику Cocoa Store на розпродажу. За терміном придатності плитці залишилося тижнів зо три, але виглядає шоколад в цілому непогано. Шоколад від Amedei нам вже давно і добре знайомий, і всі плитки випробувані до цього отримували сильні четвірки.
Тепер саме до цієї плитки. Упаковка, як завжди, на висоті, багато тексту, багато картинок. Приємно брати, читати, нюхати:) Сама плитка виглядає класично для Amedei. Запах приємний з кислинкою, з венесуельською кислинкою, дуже схожою на запах Venezuela від Pralus'a, Крім того що тут немає фірмових копчених ноток.
Приємний смак і запах, багато правильної кислоти, хорошої збалансованої кислоти, не тієї якої хочеться виплюнути або заїсти, а тієї якою насолоджуєшся.
Панове, це сталося! Це перша п'ятірка у Amedei і, сподіваюся, не остання.
P.S. після першого заходу в Cocoa Store, я ще двічі навідувався туди і обидва рази крім інших плиток купував по плитці Venezuela :) Дуже вона гарна!
