85% The Dark Chocolate Lover's Chocolate Bar by Trader Joe's

You can buy this chocolate bar, or rather two individually wrapped in foil plastic thin bars, 50 grams each, at any Trader Joe's store. It costs surprisingly little, only about $2. Which, of course, increases its appeal. But if the taste is "wrong", then even the price will not help. But here the taste / price ratio almost falls into the 4 stars rating. Almost, but this is still 3 stars.

The chocolate is a little harsh. But it is not for weaklings either - noble 85%. What brings this chocolate down more than the harshness is the excess abundance of vanilla. It was as if the chocolate master's hand trembled and the extra vanilla got into the vat of chocolate.
I also remembered about another Colombian Tumaco from Philadelphia and this chocolate loses to it.

Але тут співвідношення смак/ціна майже попадає в оцінку 4 зірки. Майже, але все ж таки 3 зірки.

Шоколад трохи різкуватий. Але і не для слабаків - благородні 85%. Що підводить цей шоколад сильніше ніж різкість, це зайвий надлишок ванілі. Начебто у шоколадних справ майстра здригнулася рука і зайва ваніль потрапила в чан із шоколадом.
А ще я згадав про іншу плитку колумбійського Tumaco з Філадельфії і цей шоколад значно їй програє.
