And again we have an Austrian chocolate, this time from the Xocolat Store in Vienna. The store is very good and we spent there 20+ minutes. There was lots of good chocolate to explore and to pick. I highly recommend this establishment.
For some reason, I took only one bar of Xocolat, I guess for sampling.
I liked the packaging, red foil, and a thick ribbon of paper all over the height of the bar. The bar is very thin and instead of a pattern, there's only one word on it - "Xocolat". Modest (or not modest) and stylish!
When I unfolded it, I realized that besides chocolate there are also cocoa nibs. Then I began to translate the German text and also read that the beans are from Venezuela, which personally pleases me. Since Venezuela, as a source of cocoa, has established itself very well if you ask me.
The smell of pleasant bitterness and dense chocolate.
I also liked the taste, bitter with cocoa flavor and at the same time moderately sweet and without any extraneous flavors. I chewed it and dissolved it. I probably liked chewing more, as bitterness and sweetness mix more evenly because of cocoa nibs, which, clearly, do not melt. Such a nice 4 stars. Next time in Vienna, I'll definitely stop by their store and buy more of these lovely thin bars!
І знову у нас австрійський шоколад, цього разу з однойменного магазину Xocolat у Відні . Магазин дуже гарний і ми провели там хвилин 20+. Було на що подивитися і з чого вибрати. Дуже рекомендую цей заклад.
Чомусь я взяв лише одну плитку Xocolat, напевно для проби.
Упаковка мені сподобалася, червона фольга, і щільна стрічка паперу по висоті плитки. Плитка дуже тонка і замість візерунка на ній просто написано Xocolat. Скромно (або не скромно) та зі смаком!
Коли я її розгорнув, то зрозумів, що тут крім шоколаду є ще й крихта какао бобів. Потім почав перекладати німецький текст і вичитав також, що боби тут з Венесуелли, що мене особисто тішить. Так як Венесуелла, як джерело какао, зарекомендувала собі дуже добре, як на мене.
Запах приємної гіркості та щільної шоколадності.
Смак мені теж припав до душі, гіркуватий зі смаком какао і в той же час в міру солодкий і без будь-яких присмаків. Я жував його і розсмоктував. Напевно, жувати мені сподобалося більше, тому що гіркота і насолода поєднуються більш рівномірно, через крихти какао-бобів, які, звичайно, не тануть. Приємна така четвірочка. Буду у Відні, обов'язково загляну до їхнього магазину і прикуплю більше цих чудових тоненьких плиточок!
