Organic chocolate with coconut sugar, and it's also vegan and Paleo Friendly and Non GMO and is probably all the other useful and honest things that you can think of and that can fit in a chocolate bar :) Such an American bar we have today.
The packaging is nice, carton and sealed paper bag with foiled innards. And it seems that the packaging did pretty well, as the bar looks much better than some other bars brought with it in the same box.
Maybe the fact that the bag was sealed, contributed to the maximum aroma retention, because when I opened this bag, the fragrance simply poured out of it. And the first thing about this flavor was something between coffee and caramel. Then I even caught some kind of alcohol smell, although it is not on the list of ingredients. Quite interesting pleasant smell.
The very first taste sensation is bitterness, which is then diluted with this taste of "alcohol", although it looks like Himalayan salt and coconut sugar give such an effect. An interesting taste, but also not for wimps, after all 81% of cocoa makes itself felt, but the bitterness here is good and there is also a little of acidity. The acid is not very pronounced, somewhere in the background, after all, the taste of this sugar (or whatever it is) dominates, so the acid is poorly noticeable. In general, I liked it, the good four stars.
There is even a price tag on the packaging - $ 8.95, which is not cheap for such a weight, but it seems to me that it is an interesting taste and it is worth trying.

Упаковка приємна, картонка та запаяний паперовий пакет з фольгованою начинкою. І схоже, що упаковка досить добре впоралася зі зберіганням шоколаду, тому що виглядав він набагато краще ніж деякі інші плитки, привезені з нею в одній коробці.
Можливо те, що пакет був запаяний, сприяло максимальному утриманню аромату, оскільки коли я відкрив цей пакетик, аромат просто ринув з нього. Та перше що у цьому ароматі було це щось середнє між кавою та карамелью. Потім мені навіть здався якийсь алкоголь, хоча у списку інгредієнтів його немає. Досить цікавий приємний запах.
Перше ж смакове відчуття це гіркота, яка розбавляється потім ось цим смаком алкоголю, хоча, мабуть це гімалайська сіль і кокосовий цукор дають такий ефект. Цікавий смак, але теж не для слабаків, все-таки 81% какао дається взнаки, гіркота тут хороша а ще є трохи терпкості.
Кислота не сильно виражена, десь на тлі, все-таки смак цього цукру (або що це таке) домінує, тому кислота погано помітна. Загалом мені сподобалося, гарна четвірка.
На упаковці навіть залишився цінник - $8.95 не мало для такої ваги, але мені здається, це цікавий смак і скуштувати таке варто.
