The second 86% bar in my collection. Not often manufacturers choose such a percentage of the cocoa products content.
Italy, which directly reads in the title.
Good quality packaging. Dense cardboard and silver foil. Large squares with a cacao bean imprint. Not original, but good. The smell is dominated by acid, and bitterness seconds.
Usually I let my chocolate melt, a piece by piece, but more recently, I got used to chewing one or two pieces and comparing the taste sensations.
Chocolate is bitter, with a strong acid. Clearly for fans of "darker" chocolate. Bitterness is a little bit sharp, because of that, the bar does not reach 4 stars mark. Usually I compare 85%+ chocolate with memories of tastes of Milkboy, SHOUD'E, Gevahen.
So for now it's 3 stars. It is quite eatable though.

Хорошая добротная упаковка. Плотная картонка и серебристая фольга. Крупные квадратики с отпечатком какао-боба. Не оригинально, но хорошо. В запахе доминирует кислота, и подпевает ей горечь.
Обычно я рассасываю весь шоколад, кусочек за кусочком, но с недавних пор, я повадился еще и разжевывать один-два кусочка и сравнивать вкусовые ощущения.
Шоколад горький, с сильной кислинкой. Явно для любителей "потемнее". Горечь немного резкая, из-за чего, плитка не дотягивает до 4. Обычно я сравниваю 85%+ шоколад с воспоминаниями о вкусах Milkboy, SHOUD'E, Gevahen.
Так что пока 3 звезды. Кушать вполне можно.
